Innovative Marketing Resources seeks to continuously improve the return on its client’s investments in marketing as measured by the number of qualified applicants, sales opportunities or donors generated for each dollar invested. We grow businesses.
Our Culture
1) We’re a business. We exist to create a positive return on our shareholder’s investment in our operations. This doesn’t mean we’re all work and no play. It does mean that when we’re having fun, we’re recharging our batteries and our minds so we can approach our business refreshed, with new perspectives and imaginative insights.
2) We’re a team. Being a team means we have roles and shared expectations. We rely on each other to achieve outcomes that are greater than any one of us can accomplish on his own. Being a team also means that we share experiences and best practices so that every team member benefits from participation.
3) We’re winners. We like to win and dedicate ourselves to achieving the best outcomes from every set of circumstances. We always want to make a difference by our actions and measure results. We also realize that winning isn’t the same thing as conquering and that we win when our friends, associates and partners win. We also recognize that failure is real part of success. When we fail, we learn from our mistakes and improve.
4) We’re innovators. Process is fundamental to everything we do. But we understand change is essential to our mission and always ask whether we can improve. We like new ideas even when they don’t work because we learn from our mistakes. We encourage employees to take risks but to also temper their risk taking with accountability to the team.
5) We’re knowledge-based. It is essential that each stakeholder has a clear picture of what we are doing, why our methods work and how we achieve results. We place a strong focus on education and support related to inbound marketing tactics, strategies, methodologies, and execution methods anddedicate ourselves to constant learning. As soon as we stop learning, we are no longer experts.
6) We’re customer focused. By ensuring that our clients know what we do ‘behind the scenes’ we can eliminate uncertainty and emphasize a transparent working process that both raises our client's knowledge of inbound marketing and gives them the tools they need to begin making informed decisions that improve outcomes.
