18 years ago Innovative Marketing Resources was serving Massachusetts companies as a traditional letter shop. As the company grew in response to customer demand, it added warehousing and fulfillment and in the process developed its first integrated, personalized automated marketing program, bringing together database, data processing, web, print and warehouse management technologies. Based on that experience the company conceived the idea of a Software As A Service (SaaS) model for deploying company-specific marketing and fulfillment programs and developed its first “dashboard” with online proofing, order management, document automation and color correction for personalized marketing, targeting the employee rewards and recognition vertical. In the ensuing years, the company expanded these marketing automation programs to cover real-estate, travel, education, healthcare, non-profit and small business segments.
In 2009, our own analysis of the future of marketing lead us to discover the transformational power of inbound marketing when we became a Hubspot customer. In 2011, we became a Certified Hubpost Agency Partner and began delivering the inbound marketing services we had perfected in our own business to our clients.
