Account
Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining a
profitable relationship with customers, on behalf of the company and to
actively prospect and secure new accounts to increase sales revenue. This
position is also responsible for identifying emerging client needs that may
present new service opportunities for Innovative.
The
responsibilities in this position will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide customers and prospects with quotations on prospective work
within the limitations of your authority and scope
- Assist customers and prospects with questions regarding the services
offered by Innovative
- Communicate job specific information between client and applicable
Customer Service Representative and act as a liaison between the client
and Customer Service Representative while work is in process
- Develop new business and customers through assertive and focused
daily sales initiatives – networking, cold calls, lead generation,
telemarketing, etc.
- Accurately represent the company’s lead times and delivery dates to
the customer as directed from Innovative’s Production Manager
- Coordinate with applicable Innovative Customer Service Representative
that:
- Jobs are properly introduced into the production process
- Jobs are reviewed while in the production cycle to ensure accuracy
- Follow up with customer after completion of job is handled
accordingly
- Ensure that the appropriate quality control measures and systems are
in place to ensure high customer satisfaction
